- Accounts with a foreign address
- Accounts that hold institutional shares
- Corporate accounts
- Brokerage accounts (for example, if your Columbia funds are held at another financial institution)
- Advantage Plan Trust accounts
- Accounts where there is no Social Security number or tax ID number
- Accounts for minors (UTMA/UGMA, Coverdell ESA, etc.) where the minor holds accounts with multiple custodians
- Closed accounts

How can I change my user name or password?

I can’t remember my password or user name.
If you can’t remember your user name or password or if you get locked out of your account, please contact Shareholder Services. A representative can assist you with resetting your password. Remember, your password must be exactly 8 characters in length and contain at least two letters and two numbers. (Back to top)
